Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next billing date.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on usage and circumstances. Contact our support team to request a refund evaluation.

Failure to Pay

Changing Subscription Plans

6. Service Availability & Downtime

While we strive to maintain high availability of our service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

No Guarantee of 100% Uptime

ZoneSync will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and occasional periods of downtime may occur.

Scheduled Maintenance

We perform scheduled maintenance to improve and update the Service. Users will be notified in advance of planned maintenance whenever possible.

Force Majeure

ZoneSync is not liable for failures or delays in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, acts of government, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, fires, floods, power outages, internet service provider failures, or cyber attacks.

7. Intellectual Property & Licensing

ZoneSync and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZoneSync Technologies, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use the Platform

ZoneSync grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only, subject to these Terms.

User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to any content you upload, submit, or create within the Service. However, by uploading content to ZoneSync, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Aggregated Data

ZoneSync may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from user accounts for research, analytics, and service improvement purposes.

Trademark & Copyright Restrictions

The ZoneSync name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ZoneSync Technologies, Inc. or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Termination of Account

Both you and ZoneSync may terminate your account under certain circumstances.

Reasons for Termination by ZoneSync

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

No Guarantee of Accuracy

Employment Decisions

ZoneSync is not responsible for any hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, or workplace disputes based on analytics data or information obtained through our Service.

Cap on Legal Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZoneSync be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ZoneSync in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
